OmniMatters is a consumer decision-intelligence platform that uses publicly available feedback and customer sentiment data to help users evaluate products, services and industries.
The Service provides general information and analytical insights only. We do not sell or supply products or services directly.
2. Eligibility
You must:

- Have legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- Use the Service lawfully
3. Accounts
Some features may require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Payments
If paid services are introduced:
- Prices will be shown before payment
- Payments may be processed by third-party providers
- Subscription terms and renewal arrangements will be disclosed before purchase
- Refunds will be subject to the applicable refund policy and law

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service.

Where you have paid for a Service, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us for that Service in the previous 12 months.

You agree to compensate OmniMatters for reasonable losses or claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
